iCloud sync isn’t working
- Make sure you’re signed in to iCloud on each device with the same Apple ID.
- Check that iCloud Drive is enabled (Settings → your name → iCloud).
- Confirm Simple Pool is allowed to use iCloud, and that you have an internet connection.
- Give it a moment. Syncing can take a little time after adding or editing data.
Restoring your purchase
Simple Pool’s unlock is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. If your unlocked features don’t appear on a new device, open Simple Pool, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Weather or location features
Weather-based advice needs location access and an internet connection. You can grant or revoke location any time in Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Simple Pool. The app works fine without it.
Dosing recommendations
Recommendations are based on your test results and your pool’s volume, using established industry guidelines. Double-check your pool volume in pool settings for the most accurate amounts. See the FAQ for more.
